In order to achieve our goal, we at the Vidyalaya provide a nurturing, supportive, and creative center of learning with high level of emphasis on a variety of artistic and cultural fields. We aim at becoming a dynamic generator of new work and of new thinking, and bringing arts, sports and culture into the arena of vital activities in which our School excels.

We believe that the competence and the way of learning changes with the developmental age of the child. We also believe that each subject requires a different kind of teaching approach. Hence the academic policy of the school at each school stage has been designed keeping the above in mind.

 PRE-PRIMARY
Enjoy Coming to School Adjust with other students.
Every student who leaves Pre-primary Cluster should be able to Listen to & Understand and Speak simple English sentences used in normal day-to-day conversation. Through hands-on learning, children are given meaningful experiences that help them commit information to memory. This  gives rise to ANANDA that is joy for learning.

 PRIMARY
 
In keeping with the ethos of the school, the learning up to Primary School level is through ‘Project Method’. Assessment is continuous and comprehensive. Hands-on learning for children is an important component for a child's education.  Through hands-on learning, children are given meaningful experiences that help them commit information to memory. This  gives rise to ANANDA that is joy for learning& JIGYASA that is curiosity for learning.

   MIDDLE SCHOOL
 
At the Middle School level, the emphasis is on acquiring skills for self-study through development of independent projects, aural skills development, hands on learning, etc.

There are Remedial programmes for students who need support to keep pace with the class. Here we help nurture  values and strive towards perfection and excellence. Here more emphasis is given for the development of the life skills and attitude. Without ‘Shraddha’ that without dedication one cannot develop the following core skills:
  • Behavioral Skills
• Self-study Habits
• Logical and Reasoning Skills
• Higher Order Thinking Skills
  The concepts are done through independent projects and hands on learning.
   
 SECONDARY SCHOOL
Our school is affiliated to the ‘The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi which is an examining body recognized both Nationally and Internationally. ‘Sadhana’ that is focus is one most important quality required at this level.
At the Secondary school level, students are trained to appear for the:
• ICSE exams – class X
• ISC exams – class XII
Emphasis on training for various National level competitive exams is also being introduced shortly.
Besides, we also continue in our endeavor to ingrain the  right values with respect towards ones country and culture through various SUPW and Value Education programmes.
